“I’ve felt more involved in Urbana through different people that the co-op has introduced me to. For example, Delight Flower Farm and Prairie Fruits Farm, we’ve taken classes out there and I’m gonna be volunteering out there shortly and I probably would have never heard about them if it weren’t for the co-op. And when I shop at the Farmer’s Market and I see the Blue Moon stand I feel like I do know the farmers and that is because of the co-op. And that’s really special. It’s literally seeped into all different parts of my life.”
